How I Develop Trust and a Great Rapport with My Clients

In addition to my valued customer service qualities in the previous diagram, I have an ironclad etiquette protocol that I adhere to when it comes to my clients. I certainly do not need to refer to a mapped-out diagram or list—it just comes naturally to me after so many years of customer service experience, but I designed the following diagram simply to illustrate for my potential clients what my process is once I have been contacted by them.
